About this project
Cédric and Kristof, the creators of Giftlock, approached Bits of Love about working together to make their vision a reality. They wanted a product that created an experience around receiving a gift, a festive activity to be shared among family, friends or colleagues.
Using our knowledge in the field of gaming, we transformed their concept into an unforgettable experience for the users. We created an escape-room-like game where players solve puzzles and collect clues to help them unlock the mystery box and reveal the present inside. The surprise boxes make ideal corporate gifts and are perfect for the people in your life who already have everything.
Challenge
Our first challenge was ensuring that the offline and online experience with Giftlock was smooth. To achieve this, we incorporated the logo into the game experience, building anticipation and excitement around unveiling the contents of the mystery box.
Secondly, it was essential to the Giftlock team that the experience be enjoyable in a group setting. Thanks to our game design expertise, we created a universal design and story that is accessible and engaging for all. The end product is an entertaining experience that everyone will enjoy!
